Multiply It

I'm not the most organized person in the world - I admit it. I've got tons of papers, brochures, and other important documents lying around waiting to be "filed." And photos...lots of them. Taking pictures is something I love to do, but then I end up with a whole stack laying around somewhere. Some of them make it into photo albums. Others remain in a pile forgotten, or on the computer. Part of the problem is that photo albums take up too much space and we don't have a lot of room for them. The other problem is that I'm a bit unorganized and don't always get around to putting my photos away.

Multiply has completely solved this problem for me. The site allows you to create a beautiful hardback personalized photo book using a variety of layouts. You simply sign up for a free account and then you will be able to browse the available options for creating your own photo book. You can choose a theme such as Travel, Baby Boy, Baby Girl, Vintage and Pop Culture (to name just a few.) We chose the Picture Book theme, which features a simple, contemporary design.

My husband and I took a whole day looking through all of our photos and narrowed our selections down to about fifty. We decided to do a book featuring photos of our son's first two years. Once we had our photos picked, we uploaded them using the handy Multiply AutoUploader and dragged them into the layouts. I was impressed with how easy it was to customize the layout to our liking and add captions. And we were both surprised by the low price of the book when we got to the checkout (a 20 page book starts at $14.99). We completed our order and waited eagerly for our book to arrive.

Our book is gorgeous! The quality is crisp, clear and it's so much nicer to peruse our photographs this way rather than on the computer. Another plus is that the book is thin and takes up much less room on the bookshelf than a chunky photo album. To me, it just makes sense to organize all of our photos this way from now on, and because of the low price, they would make excellent gifts for friends and family! Your project is also saved on your account, so you can share your creation online with friends or order more copies. We had so much fun creating our book - I can't wait until the next one!
