I did it...I actually made something cool. I'd never even made a cake before, let alone cupackes. In celebration of St. Patrick's Day however, I decided to tackle the rainbow colored cupcake, complete with homemade cream cheese frosting. I gotta say, it was kind of a proud moment for me.
