Keep Munching with the Munchie Mug

My son loves his snacks. He's constantly munching on cheerios, goldfish, crackers, you name it. Unfortunately, all this snacking leads to big messes. I've tried numerous "no-spill" containers but he always manages to spill his snacks everywhere. That said, I decided to try one more container and give the Munchie Mug a chance.

The Munchie Mug snack cup is different because it features a soft fabric closure that's easy on little hands. It also holds a lot and sports an adorable ocean design. It comes with a lid that will keep snacks fresh when you're not using it. However, none of this really matters unless it actually works, right? So does it work? You bet! I was a little worried that my son wouldn't understand where to put his hand, but he figured it out immediately. He just reached his little hand through the soft fabric and grabbed a goldfish. He then proceeded to shake the cup vigorously and turn it upside-down. Nothing. This seemed to perplex him a bit, but in the end he was content just to eat his snack.

The cup is environmentally friendly and made of safe materials for your child. It's also economically friendly, as it is made in the USA! To purchase your own Munchie Mug, visit the website here.

  1. awesome! i've tried lots of "spill-proof" cups and they never really work.

  2. How cool is this cup!! Who would have thought to make something with fabric-like material that's soft for little hands. Every no-spill cup that I have are hard plastic.

  6. This is really neat! We have snacktraps for the girls, but they bent the plastic cover outward so for easier access to bites... and easier cheerio launching potential! :). This cup looks like it could be a great alternative and better keep the snacks in the container.

  14. I saw a little girl just this morning, shaking handfuls of cheerios out of her "spill proof" cup. That's why we don't have any, but a truly spill proof one sure would be handy! My son eats a lot of snacks and it would be great to let him help himself!
