San Diego Saturday

Welcome to San Diego Saturday! Updated as needed, this column is where I'll provide info about noteworthy events, attractions and fun things to do around town.

Free doughnut, anyone? In celebration of ten years in Southern California, Krispy Kreme is offering one free doughnut of your choosing TODAY, all day long! Participating location in San Diego is at 4180 Clairemont Mesa Boulevard. I'm not the biggest fan of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but it's amazing how much "sweeter" things taste when they're free. Yum.

    thanks for visiting today, Marissa. Believe it or not, our Krispy Kremes closed! We used to have them in lots of grocery stores too and they're gone.
    Guess that means I have to visit San Diego again. btw, I'm in Sacramento.
