ReplyDeleteI have never tried Fiber One's yogurt before - I always stick to Stonyfield. I'd love to try the Strawberry though! Stonyfield actually does not have Strawberry yogurt. At least I've never seen it in stores.

I love to eat yogurt with granola mixed in as a snack. I also like shopping at Safeway - I like their meats and their produce.
ReplyDeleteI love yogurt. When we went to pasteurization of milk we lost beneficial bacteria in our digestive tract. Yogurt is a way to replace that as long as it has live and active cultures.
