Today is Canadian Thanksgiving. Yup, in Canada it's held in October which I actually think makes more sense than having it the end of November. You can make your special turkey meal and have two months rest instead of just one before you do it again for Christmas. Anyway, In honor of the event, this weekend we made "stuffing cupcakes", complete with gravy and cranberry jelly for frosting. Can you say "totally delish" because that's what they were.
