Snow in San Diego is a popular attraction. There was an event of "free for all snow" downtown the week after Christmas, and practically the whole city showed up for it. We left when we realized we would have to line up for hours to play in it; despite this, we still managed to have some fun with it.
We get the real stuff here. You're welcome to visit anytime and take it with you.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Brimful. Although I do get how exciting it would be to play in if you never see it. Great shots!
ReplyDeleteBefore I read your commentary, I thought, "Doesn't she live in Southern California?" Then I realized the snow was fake. ;) Too funny! Reminds me of the kind of event that would happen in AZ...

Very cute, and I wish we had some snow but it looks like this year is a no
ReplyDeleteWe don't get much snow here, but we do get a little. And, a little is way more than enough.
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I know if I were still little and we didn't have snow-I'd love the opportunity to be able to play in it-even just for a little while. It's so neat that they provide that for you in your area! :-)
ReplyDeleteI didn't know that they had that event downtown--we still probably wouldn't have gone though--I can't imagine waiting in a long line just to play with snow, but I guess my son is still too young to ask :)
